A little over 1 month to my b-day

It's not often I set out with a specific goal in mind. I got it in my head that on my 49th birthday I would challenge myself in the gym. Time to start pushing the envelope. Not for anyone else. just for the self-satisfaction.

So here's my goal

49 minutes on the treadmill at 4.9 incline, 4.0 speed (can't run at 4.9 for 49 minutes)

IN 49 MINUTES COMPLETE:

49 situps
49 chin ups (yes, I come a long way in 1 year)
49 burpies (for my trainer because he knows how much I hate them and insists on punishing me with them)
49 pushups (guy style, of course)
49 deadlifts
49 lunges
49 squats
49 swings w/50 lb. weight

Update: I didn't make it to the gym today, but I decided to test the waters tonight. I was able to complete 49 pushups, 49 squats, 49 lunges and 49 situps. My challenge will be the chinups tomorrow at the gym.
