Okay... an honest weigh in

Friday, December 18, 2009

Well... I can't say I'm thrilled...
These are compared to Nov. 13
Bust: 35.5 in (same)
Waist: 26.5 in (same)
Abdomen: 33.5 in. (same)
Hips: 36 in. (same)
Thigh: 18.5 (-0.5)
Arm: 10 (same)
Weight: 135.5 lb (+0.75)
BF%: 21.0 (-1.5)

I'm still much higher in inches than September, and I still can't really explain that. My weight is horrendous ( I mean compared to 3 months ago)! I've been eating properly within ranges and exercising as much as I can, but I did have three parties in the last week and I have lost 1 pound so far this week, so I'm doing okay...

I'm really excited that I lost 1.5% Body Fat!! And I even gained weight while losing body fat!! That's awesome... that means muscle!!

As far as the inches... well, I guess I'll have to get back to doing crunches ASAP, but right now my butt is still too sore!

Anyway, as you all know I've pledged to really kick it over the next two weeks with Joni's "Tweekers" I'm doing awesome on exercise minutes so far today... I have 5 flights of stairs to climb yet though... emoticon

A loss is a loss anyway you look at it. And seeing that you've converted your body fat into muscle hopefully will help you overlook the weight you did gain. Clothes do fit better over a firm body than they do a flabby one, that's for sure.
