I don't think we should call ourselves Tweekers... I looked it up on Google to find a pic, and it turns out the Urban Dictionary says its another name for meth users!
Anyhow...my goals for the next two weeks....
#1 water 80 oz/day
#2 Curves 3 days with key tag, 2 days concentrate on cardio
#3 Extra round at Curves (3/week): Mon.: legs/Weds.: abs/Fri.: arms
#4 workout at least 60 min a day
#5 meeting calorie goals
They do look familiar because they are the same goals I've had for the 11 week challenge...except that I have upped my water intake by 2 cups. I'm still very motivated by these goals and I'm determined to complete that long challenge.
In addition to those goals I am pledging to be more supportive of the people on my teams. I am here for you!!
I am also pledging to be back to 131-133 by the end of the year.
How has today been? Well, court was very short, so I was able to get in a good workout at Curves without being rushed. Came home... got locked in the apt. (with DH locked out!) He got the landlord who took out the lock and then the locksmith came to fix it.
Went out and got some healthy (and not so healthy - DH requested a pie) groceries, and as soon as I'm done here I'll get some cleaning done.
All in all, I had a great day for exercise... And I'm happy to say I went without knee brace and without my walking stick and I was great!! Well, it hurt a bit, but tolerable... YAY!!
