Day 5 of 20 (3 of 18)...Corps Fitness!!!

(This is from yesterday).

I am in love w/ Corps Fitness! I am already a member at Gold's but a friend told me about Corps Fitness and got me to go w/ her to check it out. It's a small "gym" (really a small warehouse type bldg w/ open floor space and some free weights and other equip.) It's run by a former Marine. I took the beginners basic training class and I was NERVOUS!! I had heard that people throw up sometimes!! But I did it...and I must say it was a great workout but not as hard as I was expecting! I could TOTALLY hang and then some. It was awesome bc there were different stations you did w/ your team of 1-2 other people (either upper body,leg, or ab ex). I loved that it was high intensity for 30 sec-1 min. Kept me from getting bored. I WILL be back. My friend and I are planning on getting a "punch card" and going every Wed! WOOHOO! I also ate pretty well too...no junk! I would like to start making time to get back to tracking food. I am so bad about this sometimes....
