Day 4 of 20 (or 2 of 18)...peanut butter balllllllllllls

I made it to the gym again. I did the same treadmill climb as yesterday bc I am trying to take it easy in preparation for Corps Fitness class tmrw (a boot camp style class, run my a former Mrine where "it's not uncommon for people to throw up.") What the hell did my friend get me to agree to?! Anyway..I am nervous and want to be able to give it all I've got instead of being tired and sore.
I did better today w/ eating:
-protein oatmeal - bfast
-no am snack
-Lean cuisine - lunch..then 2 peanut butter balls...just when I thought my willpower was good to avoid all of the LO from yesterday's work party!! (But I could've had cake & cookies & other junk & I didn't)
-too many True North Nut clusters...they're damn good! - snack
-Italian wedding soup w added chicken - dinner
-Kashi Go Lean crunch w skim - pm snack
WIsh me luck tmrw!! YIKES!
