This morning, while watching my dear granddaughter Natalie, I decided to get caught up with my SparkPeople strength training. Natalie was playing happily with PlayDough and I thought I could get in a set between checking on her.
Well, my first scheduled exercise was "Bridges." I kind of shut my eyes to concentrate on tightening all those muscles involved when suddenly there was 34 more pounds on me.
The last time this happened (maybe 2 months ago) it was push ups and I just had to quit. Might have to quit those even now. But the Bridges I could do with her on me. She thought it was really funny. I got an extra work out!
