Looking for some Accountability, "Bad" Weekend, Hopefully a Good Week!

So.... Things have been crazy at work this last week, and I'm actually going to be heading home VERY soon--BUT I wanted to update you all fine SparkFriends. ;-)
Here's my confession:
I kind of lost some of my steam since I ran the Santa Shuffle on December 5th.
I only managed to work out 3 times last week, instead of my usual 6.
I went WAAAY over my calories on Saturday and Sunday. Saturday was due to my GF's holiday work party, and I ate more than I even realized on Sunday. (Does that ever happen to you? Like you *think* you're eating reasonably all day, but then you track it, and whoa!)
I've decided not even to weigh myself to see the damage until my official weigh day on Wednesday, and I'm working on exercising every day, drinking water, and eating reasonably again. I even woke up at my usual 5 a.m. this morning, and got on the treadmill. (!! Yeah Me!!)
I'm searching for a new 5K to begin training for, and I have a little training program I made for myself in excel. I'm doing the "official" Couch to 5K plan, coupled with some speed and strength training. I also decided to step things up a bit by setting my run pace to a 10 min mile. I think my new goal will be to run a 5K at a 10 min mile pace.
My brother is coming into Chicago to visit for the week--I'm really looking forward to seeing him and spending time with him. HOWEVER, I am a little worried that after last week, this visit might just derail me.
Here are my mini attainable goals:
Work out every day while my brother sleeps in.
When we eat out, make the healthiest choices I can.
Is anyone willing to help me keep accountable to these this week? I need a "bad cop" to help me out!
