Week 2 of December RECAP…

The week was better than the ones before it…well actually a couple of months before it. I can actually say that I am getting back on track…but not completely there yet. I am still eating healthy which is not a problem but the water and exercise is where I am still lacking although I am doing more than I have been over the last couple of months. So, week 2 of December is dedicated to trying to get back on track more than last week. Last week was the start of and week 2 is increasing water intake and exercise until I have gotten completed back on track.

    I'm with you all the way and you have my support. I have the workouts and water intake under control. My problem is my eating habits (or lack thereof). Hang in there. It will all come together. Congrats on your progress. emoticon
