December 13th - New beginning

So I haven't been very good about staying on top of my spark people!! and I am needing to get back too it. My youngest just turned 2 and I am tired of having the baby weight still... I have been spinning a couple days a week, but the weight isn't coming off!! I think I need to get back to the food tracker again to help with the weight coming off. I think the biggest thing for me is I enjoy my glass of wine at night and don't want to give that up to loss weight, I feel like if I give that up then when I loss the weight and start having a glass then the weight will just come back on!! any suggestions from anyone!! Today is a new day to start new habits again!!
