Taking a little break

To all my SparkPeople friends and teammates...I think I am going to take a little break from being on here everyday. I think I am getting to obsessive counting calories and such. I lost more weight when I just wrote down what I ate and not keep track of the calories. My schoolwork has been suffering lately. I am normally a straight A student, but have found it difficult to get my assignments turned in on time lately. I am currenty failing both classes big time!! I will keep up with my workouts and will check in once or twice a week in each of my teams and blog entries. I got some new workout DVD's the other night as well. I got The Biggest Loser Cardio Max and Power Sculpt and Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred. I cannot wait to try these out, along with my new Wii workout. Also, I won a contest to host a national Wii house party at my house in January. They will be filming it for promotional ads, and everyone that comes gets to try out Your Shape, a new fitness workout for the Wii, featuring Jenne McCarthy. Iam so excited!! But I will be sure to check in here weekly or so and let you all know how I am doing. Everyone take care and know that you are worth every effort you put forth!! This is OUR time now!!!

    Congrats on your decisions. Hosting the wii party sounds terrific. I got wii Shape for my 27 year old granddaughter who has Chrons for Xmas. Hope it works for her. Yes, too much of anything is not good, and your studies are a priority. There are Sparkers who long in for a month ahead since they know their routines. There is a fast track for those with little time to check in. Just mark in the minutes and the fruits/veggies. You sound like you have a terrific plan. Visit us when you can, but do your studies first. You have priorities. Good Luck. emoticon
