170.2 this morning!
My goal is 169.something by Saturday. Whenever my goal is say, 169, I always count it no matter what the decimal is. I just want to be in 160ville! I'm about to head to the gym for a good workout after 2 days of skipping, thanks to a wonky work schedule.
Hmm, I just realized it is Saturday tomorrow. Damn, this week went fast. Hopefully I can shed .3 lbs today, haha. I think one of the reasons I've been doing so well is that I haven't really gone out to eat at all. My parents are going to be in town this weekend, so I'm sure we will go out, so I will have to do my best and make smart decisions to stay on track. Wish me luck!
