Initiative is power

I decided yesterday to start taking eating right seriously! I use SparkPeople occasionally to count calories and water intake but I really took it to heart. I watched what I ate and I walked the stairs twice in my building and I lost 2 pounds. I felt so proud of myself, which is rare, that I've decided to try and stay on track, even on the weekends, which is very hard for me. I'm going to give it 200% for at least 90 days and if the progress is substantial I think that's what my brain will need to continue.
