My HUGE, BIG NEWS of the day is that

(drum roll...)

in 6 days I have succeeded in dropping ALL FIFTEEN POUNDS I gained while traveling over Thanksgiving weekend!

Picked 'em UP in 6...DROPPED 'em in 6! Woo hoo!

I'm so PLEASED over having such CONTROL over my body...at least when I choose to EXERCISE it...lol! And what a lesson learned from slacking on my vigilance for just a few days...whew!

I haven't STARVED myself either...just cut way back on calories to around 1200 per day. But selective, well-chosen calories. No extensive, intensive workouts either, just my daily treadmill sessions of 35-45 mins. and 3 ST sessions during the week.

What a sigh of relief that I am back down to 205 and within "do-able" distance from breaking into my long-fabled ONEderland!
