Girl you have no energy because you are not pushing yoruself. You will find that once you start to do more (for yourself) you will sleep better (8 hours a night this should be)and eating the right foods, not high cal foods or processed foods. They have LOTS of sodium in them. Go check out my vlog that says "FLUSH IT OR STORE IT" It has some things that I have been changing up in my plan, and they are working. I have more energy these day's then I know what to do with lol.. I agree with Rena, take the boys and "use them" as a work out. For a walk, or have them get involved in your video workout etc. They will have fun, and you will get fit at the same time.

Good luck on your journey, I wish you the best. Just don't give up on yourself, YOU CAN DO THIS and you will feel(and look) like a million bucks in the end.

    A HUG for you sweetie!!!

Drop stuff and take these too handsome young guys for a long walk.. Burn off their energy, I have two kids with Adhd.. We walked alot and my two slept like babies..
Make decent food for the whole family- don't make seperate meals..
I make lean cuts of meat, a salad everyone likes and for the guys potatoes and sauce.. I just have the meat and salad with a dressing..
I also make more so I can put some in a container to lunch next day.. When life goes up in hats and umbrellas I have my food ready...
Find a fun dvd and get the kids doing it with you. I also make a small circut of doing a chore for the length of a song- I have a cheap stepper I found in a garage sale.. I step to one song- I get my exercise in and some work..
I am a widow and work full time. The kids will get older and it won't always be this hard.. Hang in there sweetie! Cudo's for getting to the gym...

Honestly if you stick to your calories everyday you WILL lose weight. If you do nothing else for the first 2 or 3 weeks but make sure your staying at low end of your calorie allotment you will for sure lose weigth. Then in 4 or 5 weeks when youve lost 15 ponds you will be motivated to walk to lift dumb bells.
I am never hungry as long as I keep low cal ffods wioth me all day, like salad with balsamic dressing, emimame, baby carrots, apples, oranges, I only eat lowest cal bread (lowest i found is 90 cal per slice) you do have to measure everything. It works faster than you think when you stick to your calories.
