Hi ALL...I'm alive, really

Hi everyone, checking in. I am not around much. I've been using SP mobile on my Blackberry to track, so easy that way. Also, I'm on Twitter more than this site ;) Hurt my hip marathon training, so haven't been able to run or workout for a while. I did however really watch my diet and didn't gain, woohoo! NOW just getting back to working out, started Jillian's 30 day shred again last Friday, and walking only on the treadmill, doc says get back to running slowly :( and pilates and a little yoga thrown in. Reset my weight tracker to current weight instead of original beginning weight because I feel it's a new beginning of sorts. Feeling really good about myself and not obsessing anymore. I track workouts and calories, but don't obsess over it, not weighing constantly anymore, and not hating on myself and my body! It's a great place to be. Happy where I am while I work on where I want to be.
