Sweet Treat

I was just really wanting something sweet, but healthy. I took 9 oz. of a huge sweet potato and microwaved it. I cracked 3 walnuts and put the pieces on the soft, warm orange flesh. I topped it with 1/8 cup Smucker's Breakfast Syrup sugar free (12.5 calories). It was delicious, very filling, and satisfied my desire for something sweet.

    Sounds like a great way to get lots of nutrients! Especially vitamin A and potassium. Add in some fiber, some essential fats and voila, a nutritious treat. Can't get better than a sweet, satisfying treat that's good for you too!
