Oriento Salad

I've been eating, these awfully hot days, a kinda orientalish salad. Tastes nice and it's healthy.

The base will be lots of lettuce. Try to mix many types of lettuce, I start filling my plate with inner leaves, red lettuce, and when I have a huge forest, I add the following ingredients:

* 10 slices of turnip
* 1/2 cup of tofu
* 1/4 cup of hydrated rice noodles (bi-fum)

Spice it up with a tablespoon of teryaki and some ciboulettes.

To add some colour, try adding 1/2 grated carrot or beet. This will also enhance your potassium intake.

    Just some teryiaki. I always eat salad with the lesser amount of dressing I can. I REALLY like vegetables, I don't think there's really a need for dressing. When I was a child I used to eat tomatoes as they were apples.
