It seem to be the big word for me these days. I hate myself for giving in but i just am having a hard time controlling myself. Lazy to do anything, that's my mode, but i still am trying so hard to get over it. I need help.

I think it is ok to be lazy sometimes, but you have to justify it. I just cleaned the house so now its ok to be lazy. But if you have not done a thing to make yourself feel productive you may beat yourself up about being lazy. 4066 days ago

Jojuan try self talk. Pep yourself up with whatever is close to your heart. If you have a love one think of how proud they would be if you got up and met a goal. I believe in prayer and knows that it works. It can work for you as well. This website is filled with people who struggle with the same issues as you. So you are not alone. Visualize yourself doing some of the things you enjoy and push yourself to do 1 minute to start and move from there. 4066 days ago
