Overcoming issues

Right now is very discouraging because I am in a holding pattern. I am not able to do much in exercise since I am working so ally lost either. I keep setting these high goals for myself - IT'S ALMOST LIKE i AM SETTING MYSELF UP TO FAIL. I realistically know that the goals I set may be too high but I really want to feel like I am getting somewhere. Wish this process wasn't as slow as it is....
