Lost another Kg! YES!!!!

Weighed myself this morning and I lost another kg.I am now on 47kg.

Will Put that weight back this weekend?That is the question!
Weekends are the most challenging : cardio?Eating plan?Strength exercises?
Well I have neglected my strength exercises,so I need to be motivated to start that next week!
