Do you have "Fat" moments?

I certainly do--this morning I totally had a fat half hour this morning, and these were the thoughts running through my head:
"Man, I look sooo fat, and I feel like I've been working out and eating healthy forever!! When am I going to get there?!?"
Are these kinds of thoughts motivating? Are they helpful? Will they make the weight go faster? Nope.
A good friend of mine gave me a good tip to start thinking positively again when you catch yourself bashing: Just imagine what it would be like to GAIN back all the progress that you've made. Then think about all the amazing progress you've made up until this point, and how good it will feel when you cross a finish line that was VERY hard earned.
Now my fat half hour is over, I'm smiling and excited to keep Sparking!
