Well it's December 1st and I'm ready to really push myself this month. I'm sorry I haven't been logging in to Sparkpeople lately. With a 7 month old daughter, finals coming up, and my first Thanksgiving dinner to prepare I simply didn't have a lot of time for myself. That's changing this month. My goal for December is to lose 8 lbs (2 lbs a week) by logging into Sparkpeople first thing each morning and planning my meals. I also plan on working out 5X a week while the baby naps. The reason I want to lose 8 lbs by the end of the year is because that will put me at 149 lbs, the first time I've been in the 140's since HIGH SCHOOL! Wish me luck and I wish you the same as we continue along this path of wellness. Remember, it's okay if you don't reach your exact goals, as long as you keep on trying!
