Finale Week 4 of No sugar added 30day challenge!

I have gotten accustomed to this change and only in small moments of weakness do I feel the need for chocolate or sweets. I will say my weight didn't drop. I think that is because I wasn't consuming enough calories when I upped my cardio recently. Apparently my body felt starved and clung on to my food where it could. I will probably do this again soon since I realize we don't need all the sweets we consume. An occasional sweet on say Friday when I watch movies with my kids would be suitable and acceptable but not everyday like I used to. I still have this last week but I anticipate it to be a breeze. Thanks to all who have followed me this far! I hope I inspired someone out there to at least lessen there sugar intake. I have had less headaches, and upset stomachs and I have awoken everyday with a smile on my face. I will write soon with my end results. I will add one thing and that is I did drop a percent of body fat and 3lbs so far!
