My Sweet Dream's For December

Sunday, November 29, 2009

I am looking forward to December and Christmas this year. I have no worries as of yet? I am doing great, as are my boys, they are all healthy and wise. I am doing fine and dandy! I have only one problem I am gaining some weight back since I lost it a few months ago. I think it's just because of the weather and the staying inside and at home alot more. But, I have an idea on how to remedy this problem. I am joining this church group, that will be pretty active this month. I have nothing else to do really. I have the time, and they need voluteers. So, that's my plan. I will keep you all posted on my sucess. Just checking in on this end of November. GOOD LUCK ON EVERYONE'S HOPE'S AND DREAMS! Sweet dreams and happy day's in DECEMBER!

I want to snuggle down with comfort food this time of year too. Keeping active keeps me away from food, so your idea is a great one. Keep up the good work and don't get discouraged. Stephanie

Enjoy your new adventure...have fun giving to others, meeting others and gaining knowledge about yourtself. As the St. Francis prayer says, "It is in giving that we receive." May you receive the true meaning of Christmas and lose some weight too.

Merry Christmas!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Deb- make it a christmas gift to yourself to drop those pounds and stay in control. I am going to be controlling my carbs and having no sugar... when I start with it I can not stop. Best of luck to you.

Yes, the Winter can be rough on us trying to lose weight, I think the volunteering will be great for you cause it will keep you out of the house which means out of the kitchen, Keep us posted friend!
