Getting stronger!

After a week of increased strength training, I felt strong enough to go for a walk with both dogs instead one at a time like I have been doing. Boomer does not like other dogs and pulls and barks, Moo joins in and I get tired of holding them back. Not to mention that I think dogs reflect the owner' personality and I sure do look like a mean person with those two mutts.
I am feeling somewhat sad that tomorrow the holiday is over but looking forward to the gym in the morning. I can't wait for the "I lost 10 pounds" icon.
I wish all sunshine and a nutritious dinner!
