I've been fairly pleased with my progress so far, but an honest look in the mirror says that my butt is huge. Sooo, I need to get on the treadmill much more often (as much as I love swimming for my cardio), and work my glutes. I want to continue watching the fat intake. I also need to find ways of raising my potassium intake and take my D and calcium supplements per doctor's orders. The rest is just keepin on keepin on....
