Well the eating has been going well, the drinking too!That is water!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!LOL!
Walked for 40min. last night and will be at it again this eveing! I am enjoying the walking in the evenings with my fellow walkers.I have though neglected my strength exercises, so next week I will get back on track!I decided to do my strength exercises, the days my hubby goes out to cycle.
The kids are not too happy with me walking alone, so I need to include them as well!I need to do some action plans for the week!
