So for pretty much the month or so I have been struggling. I have moved my track to show the weight I have gained. Sorry to all my spark friends that I have been MIA. As always life got in the way and I had little time to get on spark. I am focusing on staying the same weight for the next two weeks because things are going to be busy and i won't have much time to put into working out. So instead i will focus on staying on the low end of my calorie range since i won't be exercising as much.
my goal is:
no fast food
plan my meals for the week.
Batch cook my meals on the weekend
eat atleast 5 fruits and veggies
10 glasses of water daily
stay on the low end of my calorie range.
