Tipped off the wagon a little

By tomorrow I will have put in 97 hours of work in 9 days straight. At one point I was awake for 30 hours. I really tried to stay on track, but when you've been at work for 14 hours for the third day this week and you have pizza in front of eat it.

I have not tracked food in a few days. I did stick to my work outs. So, that's good. I have not weighed myself either. I have one more day of work tomorrow, then one day off. Then off for another crazy week. I didn't go crazy by any means, but I know that I went over my calories.

Oh well. We can't always be on track, right? Back on tomorrow though!!!

Next week I have my last day on Resident Evil, then an eight hour drive, a 5 day week and an 8 hour drive back. We'll see how that goes!!! LOL

Sometimes pizza isn't so bad :) I think it feels so forbidden that once we eat it, we feel like we've "blown it"

I can relate. When I go north I am living out of a suitcase for at least 4 weeks straight - 12 to 16 hour days and the only time off being the flying time between communities. My time budget is normally 350 to 375 hours for the month of May.

Last May (pre-Sparkpeople) I put on close to 10 pounds! That is absolutely NOT going to happen in 2010.

Hang in there! This too shall pass!

Some times lift throws you a curve ball and you just have to hit it right or you will miss it. Just like today with Thanksgiving. You have all those things in front of you and you know that you will eat it. Back to the drawing board.
