Thanksgiving Eve ~~~

I am sitting in the quiet - so far so good - waiting on family to arrive - this will probably be my last chance to be Sparking because it will become pretty busy the whole weekend. I have not tracked food for a couple days - adding up the fruits & veggies and water but... been real sporadic with eating - staying on track, maintaining. I have decided not to stress about it - I will eat healthy, portion control mostly emoticon and enjoy good food and family and celebrate the abundance of blessing of my family. That is my plan.

I have not been to the gym as I wanted before. Had a really good work out on Monday - planned to go Tuesday but ran out of time in the eve - too tired. Had to work over today and still things to do before company arrives late tonight. With kids here and work - black Friday - maybe Sunday will be the next time for some time at the gym... Although with big shopping days and being busy at work - I should work off extra calories with rushing and hyperactivity there - mega fidgeting! emoticon

    yes we all need a ditch day occasionally so if you have to pick one, what's better than Thanksgiving Day , fun family delicious aromas, and portion control is the biggy, if you have that then you have it covered, so just enjoy the day
