1. Log in every day to Spark People
2. Weigh 140 by Dec 31st.
3. Track daily calories on Nutrition Tracker
4. Write in Journal to plan meals and record thoughts
5. Stay positive and support team members

    Go Rhonda! A great plan - short and simple (but much easier on paper than in reality!)LOL

    You can do it - I love the part about the daily food journal - that is the hardest for me! I'm going to try to track on Spark - but I may end up with a journal. I think getting it in writing is the key - not how you do it. Go LIMES!
