I Need to Get With It!

I am feeling frustrated. I know it is because I am not doing the basic things, like exercising and tracking my food. I have gotten lazy about measuring food and tracking it. I have made excuses about exercise like, "I'm really busy at work this time of year", "I'm tired", "It's too cold outside." I am recommitting to my plan. Starting right now, I will exercise at least 3 times a week, and I will measure and track all of my food. I must find out where I have gone wrong and get it back together!
