So far so good. One day back on the wagon and finding it much easier this time to make good choices out of the gate. I kept my nutrition in check yesterday. I didn't have time for a full-blown workout, but still made due with the opportunities I got. I walked for about 20 minutes each 3 seperate times yesterday between other activitites and events.
Tonight I get a couple of hours to myself and plan to do a full-blown workout during that time. With Thanksgiving this week and my work schedule I won't make it back to the gym/pool until Monday, but I'm going to continue the exercise anyway.
