bad weekend

This weekend did nothing to help my post-Thanksgiving goal of 169 (I will weigh myself on Saturdays). This Saturday I attended a party with Adam where I had a little too much wine, enough that I snacked a little more than I would have liked...and then later indulged in a pizza craving. I was doing fine yesterday until I came home from work and ate the leftover pizza....ugh.

I have been really good about going to the gym though and keeping up with my strength training. The only thing I'm not liking about the new workout routine is on my strength training days I have to set aside over an hour of gym time. I could split it over 2 days and do half of it every day, but I'd much rather have a few long days and a few short than all medium days. Then the short days are like a break and I'm less likely to skip! I've been to the gym everyday for...I don't even know. I usually take 2 days off a week, but this week I decided not to since I won't be able to work out Wednesday-Friday because I'll be out of town for Thanksgiving. Hopefully I will at least be able to fit some walking in.

Anyway, I'm going to do my best not to let this weekend get me down and keep going strong! I hope you all have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
