Fall goals and summer accomplishments

This summer began with my transition from full-time student to extra-full-time worker. Nevertheless, I still found plenty of time to get outside and exercise (though not much time was spent inside the gym). Also, I have basically cut alcohol out of my diet completely I've decided to try a few months of "detox" after my numerous years of being a college student. Things are going well, I feel very healthy and my head is always crystal clear (even on early Saturday mornings).
This fall, I hope to get outside for many games of backyard football, trail running and hiking. Also, I'm going to try to spend a few more days inside the weight room doing strength training so I don't struggle so much if I have to do the "advanced" version of our fitness videos.
