shin Splints

Happy to say that my strength exercises are coming out well, getting stronger but need more time to heal knowing that shin splints take longer to heal, but I keep thinking of Running, but I don't wanna go to soon and have to sit down for a longer time when I could of used common sense. lol!!!!
