Super Quickie KB Workout Day

This week has been CRAZY BUSY!!! My husband and I are leaving for a week of thanksgiving festivities on Saturday, and we're both scrambling to get all of our work done before we go. I'm doing SP boot camp, and It's been hard to get in my workouts every day this week, so today I'm switching it up to one of my familiar kettle bell routines.
I LOVE kettle bells! I don't get a workout that intense doing anything else. Within ten minutes I'm dripping with sweat, my heart is racing, AND I've been doing my weight training. It was totally worth the hours of perfecting my technique - my instructor insisted that I learn the movements properly before trying it with the heavy kettle bells - which aren't really that heavy... I use 10 and 15 LB KBs, but that's good for me. I don't hurt myself, and I don't want to bulk up too much.
Kettle bells is a great quickie workout for me! So glad I had the opportunity to learn about them, although more and more of my friends are using them these days, seems they're making a come back. Maybe if I have time I'll drop my car at home after work and ride my bike to martial arts tonight. Might not workout though, since I'm working at the factory far away today, and the school is in between it and my home, it just makes more sense to stop on the way. But I always prefer biking. Ah well, I'll see what I can do!
