Sparkfriends, you have made my day!

When someone decides to make a 360 in their lives it can be very overwhelming... and that was my case. I got tired of disliking myself and seeing myself as my worst nightmare. So I decided to go to the gym and my trainer suggested to me that I should give a try to a web site call "Sparkpeople". She told me that tracking your daily calorie intake could make a big difference in a loosing weight process. Anyway, I got home and decided to take a look and I became and instant addict... Even if I thought that it was a lot to take at the same time, I knew that it was for my own good.

By reading some blogs, I saw myself and I realise that I was a tiny part of a major problem and that thousands of people were in the same boat that I was in. Somehow it made me feel better...

I am now trying to do my best... but it's not always easy especially when you don't see the number change on the scale. That was my case this morning but you know what, I remembered what I read on a few blogs: loosing weight is not just about the numbers on the scale! That's right, so I measure my waist, hips, upper arms, etc... and realise that the numbers have declined... Yeah!

So that made my day! Thank you Sparkies for making my life better and for all the efforts that you all put in your blogs... it's a big deal for us who are at the beginning and you know better than anyone else that support is a big part of sucess...

Thank you all!
