So today's my first day back on Sparkpeople. I haven't used the site in years and am excited by all of the changes I'm finding. At my highest weight I was 201 pounds. Today, I'm 155.5 so I'm doing pretty well on my own but I'd like some help losing the last 15 pounds and figured I'd come back to Sparkpeople for some support. I plan on losing the rest of my weight by logging my food every day, and working out 3-5 times a week. Wish me luck on my journey and I wish the same to you!
