Loss: 3.2 lbs

Yay! This week was better than last week. I'm period is *almost* done and I'm feeling like my body is getting back into the swing of things and co-operating with me.

I think not eating after 7:00 PM is helping a lot too, or at least limiting my snacks to a piece of fruit, a big cup of sugar free hot chocolate or hummus on cucumber slices (my new favorite num-num) instead of a piece of toast with peanut butter or cheese.

Goal for this weekend: Do not cave and eat whatever you want if and when we go out for dinner on Saturday or Sunday night. Be sensible, make healthy choices and stick to what I know works best--Big salads, fish, chicken and lots of veggies.
