I just can't seem to get enthused about exercising. I've been promising myself for weeks that I would exercise everyday, even setting my alarm earlier, just to turn over and hit the snooze button. I need help and support on this issue because I'm in a weight loss challenge with my sister and it ends the day before Thanksgiving.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to help motivate myself to get up when the alarm goes off and exercise?
