My favorite time for exercise is the morning. I'm refreshed, my body feels good, and I always can make sure I fit it in before other things come up. I sometimes add a run in the even throughout the week to give a an extra push. :)

    I like working out in the mornings as well. However, I work at 6:30 a.m. and it doesn't happen.

    i exercise right after work otherwise once i am home forget going back out. its best to get it over as soon as you can. emoticon emoticon emoticon
