Sleeping my weight away?

LOL...just a thought.

Last night i tucked myself into bed at 930pm! I was beat, and feeling a little chilly, so i curled up into bed to warm up, and before i knew it morning had arrived!
After waking and showering, i hopped on the scale (as i sometimes do).

It read 185. 9 Could it be the 10 hour sleep? Makes me wonder?...if this is the case i'd happily give up exercise for sleeping more! :)

I was soooo happy to see this, as last week i saw it hit the 180's for the first time (189ish) in the morning. 185 is my "just married" weight, and the lowest weight i've maintained in my adult life.

After my nasty gain at weighin on Tuesday night, i decided i could either wallow in self pity, or get my butt going and get re-focused.

Perhaps that 185.9 reading was just God's way of encouraging me...that i can do it.

Never the less, i plan to continue tracking my eats and my exercise. I have a goal to weighin at Tops meeting at 190 or less by end of November.(evening weighin, shoes on, clothes on too...of course!

    Congratulations. Something must be working. Just make sure it's a combination of eating right, exercise, sleep and water.
