We have things in our lives that inevitably can cause us to have a set back. Mine just happened to be going on vacation to my moms. I had a great time, but let the diet restrictions go and now I am right back where I started from. The one thing about set backs, is that you can always turn them around. Tomorrow, the first change will be that I am setting my alarm clark for 5:15 am, so that I can do my cardio workout before going to work. I have found that with the time change it is harder to stay motivated when it is dark out by the time I get home. I have 40 pounds to lose, hopefully by March.
