Biggest Loser Fall

Since today was the last weigh in day of the fall biggest loser challenge I thought it might be good to reflect on the last ten weeks. First of all, I am happy to say that I completed the whole challenge. Even when things were tough and I felt like quitting I kept logging in and didn't give up. Second, although I did not lose as much weight as I wanted, I have lost 7 pounds in the last 10 weeks. That is a big accomplishment for me. Third, I want to thank all the White Tiger ladies for the motivation and support they provided. They are a great team.
For the winter biggest loser I am aiming for a 10 pounds in 10 weeks goal. I know it will be tough through the holidays, but I am determined to stay on track and not be swayed by all the good eats that are out there during this season.
