Off to a rocky November start...

Last week was interesting - I ended up not tracking for 4 or 5 days...and didn't do much cardio to boot. But I knew I was in trouble, so by the end of the week I was slowly getting back in the groove and ended up losing 3 pounds! Woohoo...My body seems to like me being long as I don't go overboard on calories. Weigh in was a shot in the arm, though - I'm much more motivated to exercise this week - not quite up to my 4 mile stamina, but going strong at 2 miles/24 minutes. Hoping to be hitting 3 miles/36 minutes by the end of the week - my goal this month is to be hitting 20 miles a week, so I need to get to that 3 miles/day marker consistently.

I'm noticing some other changes, though, too. My wristwatch is looser, my belly doesn't jiggle AS MUCH when I pump up the cardio and all of my pants FIT and some are actually getting loose...

Wish me well in keeping this up! I'd really like to hit the 2 pounds/week loss again that I had at the beginning...
