incoherent ramblings

last time i tried to lose weight was in 2006. my starting point was just about where i am right now after 3 weeks of counting calories. that sorta sucks because i swore that i'll never go back up there again, and i went and i went over by about 10 lbs....
My body allows me to carry a ton of weight without looking like a complete blob, but even with that it felt so good to have lost enough to walk by Lane Bryant store and think "i'm never going to need to shop there again!" Well, i kinda had to go back at least mentally.
But i'll keep going--slowly but surely, i really need to be down a good significant amount of weight before next summer. I'm about to revamp our whole life--move the family upstate, buy a house, start a different job. It would only be fitting that i revamp my body along with everything else (i'm looking back to taking out pretty dresses from storage and wearing them to work) My kids deserve to have a mom that looks good. By the way, my 6 year old digs Step Reebok and does few exercises after i'm done!

    Wow! You definitely have a lot of life changes going on, and all of them are full of opportunities. It might make your diet and exercise challenging but I can see how it can motivate you and encourage you to make those life changes for the better. Good luck!!
