10 minutes of weights on Wednesday, very sore arms on Sunday!

I decided to get back into my weight lifting routine. I only made it 10 minutes with 6 pound weights on Wednesday morning, and my biceps are still sore today (Sunday). On Thursday I did some sumo squats. My thighs are not as sore as my biceps. Last time I did sumo squats, it was very painful getting on and off the toilet! (I know, too much info. Oh, well! That's life!) Today, I will get out my exercise ball and work my core muscles. Maybe go for a walk too. I think it's going to be another beautiful November day!
