emoticon emoticon emoticonI am just happy to have so many friends here on sparkpeople this year. I have met so many positive and supportive people in the past 2 months. I couldn't keep up the weightloss thoughtfull thinking without you all? I just want to thank all the member of the Ruby support group, the Native American members. Also the Joyce Meyer support group and the Christian and Recovery & addiction & pain managment groups. I love you all. I don't think I would be here and as healthy as I am without all the things I have learned from each of you! I thank you for being so friendly and I will support all the members and new members whenever I can too. I will return the great advice and the good ideas from everyone here on Sparkpeople. We are all very special people. I know that now, I am happy to be here. Especially with Thanksgiving and Xmas coming. I will be back with a blog soon. EVERYONE HANG IN THERE, AND SUPPORT EACH OTHER, AND KEEP UP ALLTHE GOOD WORK LIKE WE HAVE BEEN!

Fantastic. spark is so full on many helpful supportive groups. I know for sure Ruby ones are.. Glad you are making progress and finding friends & help.

I have been busy running between my home to the home place about 130 miles away. So I haven't been able to be as active as usual. I have been home 4 days and back on the road to deal with some workers down there or is it up there from here. OH well I just know I have to run off again..
