Two Steps Forward, One Step Back...

It's not as glum as ONE step forward, TWO steps back. I haven't totally back slid, but I've been sick for a week and so most exercise and tracking of food have been neglected. You know what? It sucks, but it is NOT the end of the world. I've gained back about 2 pounds, I'm having trouble getting back on track, and I'm disappointed with myself. That said, I'm working on getting things right again. Today I'm feeling a little better so I did track all my food and do cardio. I've just got to set my sights on my goals and work hard this week. One step at a time...
